Your logo on shirts, polos and hats, one at a time
Most small businesses need a few shirts for the staff, a polo for the owner and a cap or two, not a box of 48. Every piece here is printed when it is ordered, so you buy exactly what you need, in the sizes you need.
The file to send
- Best: the file your logo was designed in, as a PDF. We render it at 400 dpi, which is plenty for any print here.
- Next best: a PNG with a transparent background, so only the logo prints and not a white box around it.
- How big: about 750 pixels across covers any chest or cap logo here. A large logo across the back needs about 1,800.
- A logo copied from your website is often only 200 to 600 pixels across. That is usually fine for a chest logo and too small for a back. The make page reads your file and tells you how big it prints before you buy.
Where the logo goes, and what it costs
| T-shirt | $22 · left chest, up to 3.8 in across |
|---|---|
| Polo shirt | $34 · left chest, up to 2.9 in across |
| Quarter-zip | $45 · left chest, up to 3.4 in across |
| Hoodie | $40 · left chest, up to 3.5 in across |
| Cap | $23 · front, up to 4.5 in x 2 in |
| Trucker hat | $25 · front, up to 5 in x 2.5 in |
Shirts, hoodies, polos and quarter-zips carry a logo small on the left chest, the way company apparel usually does. Add the logo large across the back too for $28 on a T-shirt. Caps and trucker hats print on the front panel. Everything ships free to US addresses, and there is no minimum.
Several people, several sizes
Make the design once and you get a link to it. Order every size in one checkout, or send the link to your staff so each person orders their own size and has it shipped to them.
When a shop is the better fit
If you want customers to buy your merch, a 1211 shop sells it for you. Each piece is made to order, so there is no stock to buy. Your staff can sell from their phones, and you set the price and keep the margin. See shops for businesses and how pricing works.
