By accessing or using any 1211 Holding service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1211 Holding LLC operates a print-on-demand merchandise platform that lets organizations and businesses sell branded merchandise without holding inventory. 1211 acts as the merchant of record for buyer transactions and arranges fulfillment through third-party print providers.
You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and not barred from receiving services under applicable law. Programs that involve participants under 18 (for example, youth-team sellers) are subject to the additional requirements described at onboarding and in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify 1211 immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prices and any applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Partner commissions and payouts are governed by the Partner Agreement you accept at activation. 1211 may change pricing and fees prospectively.
You will not upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. 1211 may remove content and suspend accounts at its sole discretion for violations.
You retain ownership of the logos, designs, and other content you upload, and you grant 1211 a non-exclusive license to use that content solely to produce, display, market, and fulfill your merchandise. You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and to authorize its use. The 1211 Holding name, site, and software are the property of 1211 Holding LLC.
The Service is provided “as is.” 1211 disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1211 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to or by you in the prior twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1211 Holding LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the content you upload, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. 1211 may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
1211 may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
