We collect account information (business name, email, optional phone), order information (buyer name, shipping address, items), and usage information (IP address, browser, pages visited).
To operate the Service, fulfill orders, remit taxes, communicate with you, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
With service providers (Stripe, Printify, our email-delivery provider, our accounting platform), as required by law, and with a Partner when a buyer places an order through that Partner’s shop (buyer-name and city only by default; the buyer may opt out at checkout).
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we send transactional text messages — specifically, a one-time message containing the secure checkout link you requested, plus related order or support replies. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose your number only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages you requested.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or
delete your information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know,
access, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and to
opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell your personal
information. To exercise these rights, contact
support@1211holding.com; we will not discriminate against you for
exercising them.
Order and tax records are retained for the period required by law (typically seven years). Account information is retained for the life of the account plus one year after closure.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encrypted transport, prepared SQL statements, restricted database grants, hashed passwords) to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 for general use. Where a participating organization invites a seller under 13 (for example, a youth sports, school, or club program), we collect only limited information (first name and last initial) and only after obtaining verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not otherwise knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
