Fundraiser shirts with nothing to pay up front
A shirt sale usually means guessing sizes, paying for a box of shirts and hoping they sell. With 1211 nothing is printed until someone buys it, so there is nothing to pay for up front and nothing left over.
Two ways to do it
1. A store for your group, to raise money
- Your group gets its own store page with your art on the things you choose: shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, tumblers.
- You set each price. What is left after the cost of making and shipping it and the fees goes to your group; the pricing page shows the exact split.
- Every member, parent and coach can sell from their phone with their own link, and you can see who sold what.
- Each piece is printed when it is ordered and shipped to the buyer. There is no stock, no minimum, and no money to collect by hand.

2. One design link, for a simple group order
If the goal is shirts rather than money, you don’t need a store. Make the design once, send the link, and everyone orders and pays for their own size: T-shirt $22, hoodie $40, sweatshirt $40, shipping included. Nothing comes back to the group this way; it is simply the easy way to get everyone a shirt.
Which to choose
| You want to raise money | A store. You set the price, and the group keeps the margin on every sale. |
|---|---|
| You just want matching shirts | A design link. Everyone pays the plain price for their own. |
| You want both | Start with the store. Members can buy from it at your price too. |
What makes a fundraiser sell
The first 1211 store, a volleyball team’s for the Fourth of July, sold six shirts in about three hours from one link in the team’s text thread. The design matched a moment people cared about, it was easy to share, and nobody had to fill in an order form. Make the design about the occasion, send the link where your people already talk, and make it a phone-sized buy.
