By accessing or using any 1211 Holding service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify 1211 immediately of any unauthorized use.
You will not upload content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. 1211 may remove content and suspend accounts at its sole discretion for violations.
The Service is provided “as is.” 1211 disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1211 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to or by you in the prior twelve months.
1211 may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
