Customized goods are non-returnable

All items sold through the Service are printed on demand specifically for the buyer. We do not accept returns or refunds for customer error (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind).

Defects & quality issues

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in shipping, contact support@1211holding.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost through our print provider.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows your order was not delivered after the carrier’s estimated window, contact support@1211holding.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

How refunds are issued

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Most card networks post the refund within 5–10 business days.
